1. Stay hydrated
The benefits of drinking water are endless, and it’s free, so it seems silly not to be taking advantage of the great things water can do for skin. Aim to drink 2 litres a day and if you’re not a fan of plain water add a slice of lemon or lime (great antioxidants). This will help to flush out toxins and leave skin hydrated, clearer and toned!
2. Get your beauty sleep
Our hectic lives can make it difficult to get in the recommended 7/8 hours of sleep but it doesn’t half do our skin (and under eye bags) some good. Put down the phone, switch off the TV and make time before bed to unwind. Read a book, listen to relaxing music or complete a crossword to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Busy weekend partying? 3. Leave pimples alone

4. Care for your skin
It’s an obvious one right? But so many of us don’t take the time to care for skin properly. Neglecting your skincare routine can often have disastrous effects so make sure make-up is always fully removed before bed. We recommend double cleansing to ensure all impurities are removed and skin is left clean and fresh. Using a good exfoliating scrub (physical, chemical, or both) once a week is also a great way to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores and leave skin brighter!
